Payments & Billing
All fees are non-refundable once services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, are specified in our quotations or contracts.
Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All certificates, reports, training materials, website content, logos, and documentation provided by Tove Leeds remain our intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials only in connection with the services provided and for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our materials for any other commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Tove Leeds delivers services with due professional care and in accordance with applicable standards.
However, we do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome or acceptance of our reports or certificates by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tove Leeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount of fees actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
