Tove Leeds provides certified MEWP and Working at Height Training for scissor lift operators, boom lift operators, scaffolding supervisors, and height safety personnel across construction and industrial worksites. As a TVTC-registered Training Centre, we deliver competency-based programs aligned with IPAF, PASMA, and Saudi regulatory standards across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and GCC markets. Overview: Training for safe use of scissor lifts and vertical mobile elevating work platforms, including pre-use checks, work-at-height controls and emergency lowering. Training/assessment delivery is aligned with TVTC approval and SASO HERC requirements where the course falls within the approved scope.

Who Should Attend: MEWP operators, maintenance staff, installers, construction workers and personnel performing work at height from scissor lifts.

Prerequisites: Employer authorization, medical fitness for work at height, PPE/fall prevention equipment as required by site rules, and access to suitable MEWP equipment for assessment.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Complete pre-use checks and workplace inspection before operation.
  • Understand platform capacity, ground conditions, pothole protection and guardrail requirements.
  • Operate elevation, travel and emergency lowering functions safely.

Practical Assessment:

Limitations: Does not replace rescue plan, site permit, equipment inspection, harness policy or employer authorization.

Limitations: Does not authorize use on unsuitable ground, bypassing interlocks/guardrails or operation outside platform/manufacturer limits.
